Here is the process we follow to resolve your support ticket.

Send an email to info@clinitech.ca or call by (416) 291-7377 with details of the problem you’re currently experiencing, resulting in several things to happen:

  1. You’ll be automatically notified – you get an automatic acknowledgement of the ticket creation that your request has been received.
  2. You’ll receive a ticket number – your automatic acknowledgement includes a new service ticket number that you can track via our support portal.
  3. You’ll receive an email – you receive an email or phone call from a technician to notify you that they are working on your request or requesting additional details. Existing clients with a support contract will receive a response within one hour guaranteed!
  4. You’ll be kept informed – you will continue to receive notifications on all updates and status of the ticket until it is closed.
